How to Use

1. Hold the lead by the handle and create a loop using the leather end and metal ring.
2. Place the loop over your dog's head.
3. Position the ring high on the neck, just behind the ears for the best control during training.
4. Adjust the loop so it is snug but not tight. You should be able to comfortably fit two fingers between the lead and your dog's neck.
5. When your dog walks calmly, the lead relaxes immediately, rewarding good behaviour.
6. Remove by simply lifting the loop over your dog's head.

Training Tips

• Introduce the slip lead gradually using treats and praise.
• Keep the lead loose whenever possible.
• Use gentle guidance rather than constant pulling.
