Shipping Policy – Natura Paws (Delivered by Australia Post)

At Natura Paws, we take great care in packing and dispatching your orders from our home base on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery across Australia.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Parcel Post: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Post: 1–3 business days to most metropolitan areas

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or peak season volumes.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery location.

  • Free shipping is available Australia-wide on all orders over $120 AUD.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, parcels are sent with signature on delivery. If you prefer your order to be left in a safe place, please note “Authority to Leave” in your order comments at checkout. Please note, parcels marked ATL are not covered by loss or theft once delivered.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes! We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.

Hot Weather & Perishable Products

We recommend choosing Express Post during hot weather for sensitive items like freeze-dried treats. While our products are shelf-stable, extreme temperatures can affect texture.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link (sent via email).

  2. Contact Australia Post for an update.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before finalising your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may request a re-shipping fee.
