🐶 Subscriptions: Set & Forget (But You’re in Control!)

Love our treats on repeat? Our subscriptions mean your pet’s favourite snacks show up like clockwork — without you lifting a paw.
You choose how often, and we’ll handle the rest. 💌

  • Your payment details are stored securely.

  • You’ll be charged each time your order ships (unless you paid upfront).

  • Some subscriptions auto-renew, but don’t worry — you can cancel anytime!

Need to cancel or make a change? Just click the link in your order confirmation email to update your subscription whenever you like. No hard feelings, promise. 🐾

Snagging something that’s not quite ready? That’s a pre-order! You’re reserving a future fave before it hits the shelves.

  • We might take full payment, a small deposit, or simply store your payment method for later.

  • You can cancel your pre-order any time before it’s shipped.

  • Once it ships, it’s treated like a regular order — but you can still request a return or refund if needed.

Not sure if your furkid will love it? No worries! Our Try Before You Buy option lets you test it out first.

  • We’ll pop a hold on your payment method while you try the product.

  • You’ll have a set time to decide if it’s a keeper.

  • If you don’t return it by then, we’ll go ahead and charge you.
