Natura Paws Subscription Policy

Subscribe & Save 25%

Enjoy a 25% discount on eligible subscription products compared with their regular one-time purchase price when you subscribe with a minimum three-month commitment. Your delivery frequency, recurring price and any shipping charges are shown when you select your subscription and at checkout.

Minimum commitment and cancellation

By choosing this subscription offer, you agree to keep your subscription for the initial three-month commitment. Standard cancellation is available after this initial period. The commitment is three months, rather than three deliveries; the number of deliveries depends on the frequency you select.

After the initial three months, your subscription continues on your chosen schedule until you cancel. To stop a future renewal, cancel before your next scheduled payment. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

Recurring payments and managing your subscription

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription schedule. Use the subscription management link in your confirmation email to view your subscription, or contact us for help with changes, delivery dates or cancellation.

If you need to pause or skip a delivery during the initial commitment, please contact us to discuss your options.

Returns and support

Subscription orders are covered by our return policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
