For eligible change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery for your choice of a product exchange or store credit. No change-of-mind refunds. Store credit never expires.
Opened treats are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless covered by our freeze-dried satisfaction guarantee. Custom and personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund, are not affected.

Turn your favourite photos, special memories and personal stories into a one-of-a-kind laser-engraved water bottle. Whether it's your beloved pet, a special person or a memory worth keeping, we'll bring your ideas to life.
How to order: 5 simple steps
- Choose your bottle. Pick your size (600ml $49.99 or 800ml $54.99) and your colour: Purple Haze, Coastal Blue, Bumblebee Yellow, Peony Pink, Caribbean Aqua or Polar White.
- Choose your photo(s). In the "Upload your photo(s)" box, enter your name and email. In the notes box, tell us the stories, names and little details that make your design unique. Then tap Choose files and select up to 5 photos (10 MB each).
- Press "Click to upload". Selecting your photos is not enough. You must press the Click to upload button. Wait for the "Thank you! Your photo(s) were uploaded" message and your reference code before moving on.
- Add to cart and check out. Your upload reference is attached to your order automatically.
- Approve your design. We'll email you a digital preview. Your order includes two free rounds of design adjustments, and extra adjustments are $5 each. Once you give us the thumbs-up, we laser-engrave your bottle, package it and post it to your door.

A few things to know
- We won't engrave your bottle until you've approved the final design.
- Once engraving has started, design changes are no longer possible.
- Personalised items are made to order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
