Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Perishable items such as pet food and treats are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations
- Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable

Shipping Your Return

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
